About Us
SXP is a national security company, engaging hundreds of Security Officers, serving our Top Tier clients throughout Australia. We are looking for professional, customer focused Security Officers to join our team within the Sydney Region, namely, Eastern Creek, Smeaton Grange and Wetherill Park.
Your responsibilities on site will be to:
Conduct screening upon entry and exit from the premises
Monitor for trespassing
Oversee inductions
Be responsible for site alarm system and activity response and notification
Monitor CCTV, audit live stream security monitoring and conduct retrospective reviewal of footage
Follow the policies and procedures of the site
Ensure the safety of staff on site
Respond to incident and write accurate reports
Conduct internal and external patrols
Keep daily management and compliance registers up to date
To be considered for any of these roles, you must:
Hold a valid NSW Security Licence
Have experience in use of access control card programming
Be able to work a 24-hour rotating roster and flexible hours (including weekends & Public Holidays)
Be reliable and cover shifts on short notice
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Sound computer and system application skills
