Fast-paced, growing and agile we’re seeking team members to help us get to the next level. We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced customer-service oriented Monitoring Centre Operators to join our team on a full-time or casual basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate high-level Security & Control Room experience while also assisting to control the delivery of high-quality customer service. And, be available to work a roster incorporating days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

• A current NSW Security 1E License
• Previous Alarm Monitoring experience is preferred but not essential
• An ability to form effective client relationships
• Attending to high volume of outbound / inbound calls
• Ability to work as a part of a team and individually
• An excellent customer service focus
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility across a variety of shifts 7 days a week
To be considered for this position you must have experience in:
• Customer service
• Computer literacy with good typing skills
• A call centre and/or contact centre
• Working in a team environment in shift rotations and environments
• Adhering to Standard Works, Standard Operating Procedures or/and Work Instructions
• National Police clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Experience in using CAMS Monitoring software will be highly regarded.
