We have multiple opportunities for Loss Prevention Officers (LPO’s) that will be working with a major client and providing loss prevention solutions and results.
SXP is a national security company, engaging hundreds of LPO’s, serving our Top Tier clients throughout Australia. We are looking for professional, customer focused LPO’s to join our team within the Greater Sydney Region.
What the roles will offer:
These roles will be Award-based, Level 3 and 5 Security Officer positions.
You will be working with one of the fastest growing organisations in Australia.
Working for a world-leader in online retail.
In these roles, you will be required to work within a Distribution Centre and/or Gatehouse environment to:
Conduct screening upon entry and exit from the premises.
Provide a uniformed loss prevention and customer service presence.
Provide loss prevention support to prevent total loss.
Use surveillance skills to monitor any adverse activity.
Support management in situations of conflict.
Ensure the safety of staff on site.
Provide accurate incident reports.
To be considered for any of these roles, you must:
Hold a valid Security Licence in NSW.
Have experience in use of access control card programming.
Have experience in the use of CCTV.
Be able to work a 24-hour rotating roster and flexible hours (including weekends & Public Holidays).
Be reliable and cover shifts on short notice.
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sound computer and system application skills.
Be ready to commence in January 2022.
